Professional services website

A website for an accountant, consultant or real estate agent: what you do, fixed prices or packages, your team and a consultation form.

People hire an accountant, a consultant or a real estate agent when something important is at stake: their money, their business or their home. Before they get in touch, they want to know that you understand their situation, how you charge and what working with you is like. A calm, well-organized website that answers those questions does a lot of the selling for you.

What to put on a professional services website

  • Who you help, in plain words. "Bookkeeping and tax returns for small shops and freelancers" is clearer than a list of jargon.
  • Your services or packages. What each one includes. Fixed monthly fees or starting prices build trust, because many firms hide them.
  • How you work. The first call, what you need from the client, how long things take and how you keep in touch.
  • The people. A portrait and a short bio for each partner or adviser, with the qualifications that matter in your field.
  • Results and reviews. Short case studies or quotes from clients who agreed to be named. For an agency, recent homes sold or let.
  • Useful dates or facts. An accountant can list tax deadlines, an agent the steps of buying a home. It helps people and brings them back.
  • A consultation form. Name, email, the kind of help they need and a good time to talk. Each message lands in your Messages inbox in Kodebloc and in your email.

Tips for your request

  1. Describe your ideal client. The AI writes better words when it knows if you work with start-ups, families or landlords.
  2. Give your real packages and fees. Anything you leave out comes back as sample prices that you must replace before you publish.
  3. Ask for a quiet, confident look. The Corporate or Minimal style, or words like "trustworthy and plain-spoken", suit most firms.
  4. Think in pages. A consultant may need only one page. An agency with listings often wants Home, Listings and Contact.

Start from a ready-made website

Three finished websites you can open as your own copy: a real estate agency with featured homes and a valuation form, an independent operations consultant with case studies, and a small accountancy firm with fixed monthly plans and a key dates timeline. The firms, clients and numbers are made up, so replace them with yours. See all templates.

Show up when people search

People often search for a profession and a town together, such as "accountant in Bristol". Put both in the website's title and description in Site settings, and use the same name, address and phone number as on your other listings. When your fees or team change, update the live website and the address stays the same.
