Burst pipe, Park Hill

“Pipe burst in the basement at 6am. Marcus answered on the second ring, talked me through the shut-off, and had it fixed before I'd have left for work. Price was exactly what he quoted.”

Jenna RamirezOctober 2026

Water heater, Wash Park

“Two other companies wanted to sell me a tankless system. Brightline replaced the thermocouple for under two hundred bucks and told me the tank has years left. That's how you earn a customer for life.”

David OseiSeptember 2026

Bathroom refit, Highland

“Our bathroom was done in seven days, on budget, and they put down floor protection every single morning. The tiling is better than the showroom photos.”

Meet the owner

“I answer the phone myself most mornings.”

I started Brightline in 2009 with one van and a promise I still keep: fix it today, charge what we said, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Today there are nine of us, every one a licensed plumber trained in-house. We don't pay commission on sales, so nobody will ever push you into a bigger job than you need.
