questions

Something else on your mind? Call (312) 555-0187.

I have never lifted. Is this for me?

Yes. About half our members started with an empty bar. Your trial week begins with Intro to barbell, where a coach teaches you the squat, hinge and press before anything gets heavy.

What is included in the free trial week?

Seven days of unlimited classes and open gym, a 30 minute goal session with a coach and a movement screen. No card required and no pushy sales talk at the end.

Is there parking?

We have 18 free spots in our lot off Kinzie, plus bike racks inside. The Grand Blue Line stop is a seven minute walk.

Can I freeze my membership?

Up to two months a year for travel, injury or life in general, free of charge. Just tell the front desk before your next billing date.

Do you work with injuries?

Often. Jada is a doctor of physical therapy and works with your physio or doctor to get you training around, then through, the problem.
